A new child support calculator was put in place January 1, 2026.

What that means for you is the amount of nights you spend with your child can impact what you are entitled to in child support or if your child support should be reduced based on your actual expenditures on your child. Child Support is for the benefit of your child and you are entitled to the proper amount for the care of your child.
